awaits headphones, then starts an endomondo workout (5 sec delay), adjusts volume, starts spotify, starts playing (5 sec delay) and turns off screen.
on unplugging pauses the workout, and restores volume to it's previous state (spotify stops music on it's own)
note: do not turn off the screen yourself before workout + music starts.
