[EXTREMELY POWERFUL] Irreversibly lock your phone for 7 hours at bedtime. By default the lock window is set for 10:00 PM and lasts until 5:00 AM hours but you can easily change it. You can still receive calls and view your lock screen but you cannot unlock your device at all during this window (the phone will instantly lock upon unlocking). The flow will give a loud alert 5 minutes before the lock window and a final alert to indicate the lock window has begun.

The sounds are mapped to Samsung ringtones so you might have to point the sound blocks to ringtones on your own device.
