Enable airplane mode when bedtime mode is engaged. Research shows that source of radiation undermines sleep. Plus, you don't want to be disturbed while you're trying to sleep!
You can set complex rules about when bedtime mode engages in Android's settings. However, activating airplane mode is not an option in those settings.
This flow piggybacks on those settings so that airplane mode will be activated when bedtime mode is activated between 10 pm and 6 am (can be adjusted in blocks 30 and 32).
