Limits you to only watching one YouTube Shorts video at a time, so you can still watch them, but you can't scroll mindlessly any more. Returns to the home screen if you try to scroll to the next video. Will usually close if you open and close the comments. You can adjust the volume, but it might close if you touch the screen after changing the volume
