simply shows power usage and battery statua on notification area
updates ewery 5 seconds to not affect power usage. you can check charging speed o specific componnts effect directly.
on my devices it seems usage value meas= used_power-chargingpower. so while charging it shows negative walue. my device doesnt have miliwatts usage info seems like not support it but high end devices may have detailed info its not shown but you can modify to show it instead if you wish...
script can be used for checking charging cable quality... ie if it shows bigger negative value that means it charges faster.. tough as i dont know easy way to filter effect of use power directly its still affected by active used power. ie if charer supplies 500 watts and system uses 250 watts chargingpower=usage will show -250 which is what goes to battery ... this feature of automate reads data from bms of phone/device. most of phones support this.
