V3: fixed a bug by which names and passwords were badly imported with added ' signs.
V2: fixed and improved file listing (recursive) and added a list of the found files so you can select which to import or not.
Using the xmls that you can get in Windows with your known WiFi network profiles (netsh wlan export profile key=clear) this flow will add them to your android, giving you the options to add them as metered, MAC randomisation etc...
Instead of using ADB shell I opted for the privileged shell, which means you still
1) need ADB and
2) have AM'S privileged service running.
This flow can obviously be adapted to use any file that contains the necessary info to connect to a network.
It's premium but that's because of the batch import with lots of options, you can simplify this to non premium easily
