Client to send a message to a remote Android running a server for remote trigger. The remote server will respond back with the message received and its ip address to connect to.
In block 2, use your Google account to send the message from.
Use case: it's used for remote starting the camera server for monitoring children's room. Can also be used to start Skype call via a shortcut if needed.
Added logic to prevent duplicate messaging from Google cloud
