Server to process a message for remote trigger. The remote server will respond back with the message received and its ip address to connect to. Also download the client for remote trigger to send the message. This flow is designed to start ip webcam on "start" command.
In block 2 and block 3, use your Google server account (server account to receive the message).
Use case: it's used for remote starting the camera server for monitoring children's room. Can also be used to start Skype call via a shortcut if needed.
