Power saving if device asleep, close to surface

This will turn on power saving mode if the device display is off / low power (such as AOD) and the proximity sensor is close to something, such as face down on a table or inside a pocket. If you use AOD that turns off with battery saver, this will make sure that the AOD is not on when the screen is not visible, thus saving battery. Has not been tested extensively so let me know if there are any issues.
