Sets extra dim feature on at night and off by morning. Defaulted to 9pm and 5am, set your own preferred times in time await blocks.

Requires appropriate adb or root permissions. This will not appear to have run until the first time set is reached. Example: if you download and activate this flow at 10pm and leave the default start block as 9pm, then the 5am 'extra dim off' will not trigger until the day after tomorrow since it must first go through the 9pm on routine.
