Saves your running Automate flows and allows you to restart any that have stopped.
Initially, run "Save Running Flows" to save your currently running flows to a file. Thereafter, you can run "Restart Saved Flows" to start any that have stopped.
Normally, enabling the "Run on system startup" Automate setting is all that's needed to restart running flows when the device is rebooted. However, after restoring an Automate backup (as when testing, or you have multiple devices running your Automate flows), all running flows are stopped. This flow can be used to easily restart them.
You may also find that you have a flow which has an un-caught error that makes it exit. Periodically running the "Restart" flow here can help you find such flows and fix them.
