It retrieves a list of pictures in a folder and randomizes it once. Then, it sets the lockscreen wallpaper by iterating over each entry, starting from the first one after the last was displayed.
Compared to my other "dynamic" flow, this one has to be manually updated when pictures are added or removed. Recommended for very large folder sizes.
