🚮 Move deleted pictures out of Camera folder

When a new file is created in or deleted from the camera folder (DCIM/Camera), all files with .trashed- prefix are moved to the DCIM/Trashed folder (created if it does not exist).

This helps avoid files with .trashed- prefix from being uploaded to an Owncloud or Nextcloud server.

Trashed pictures are still shown in the Trash of the Gallery app.
