Change device ringtone volume via SMS

Command "cmd: volume max"
• Automatically set the device's ringtone to maximum.
Command "cmd: volume min"
• Automatically set the device's ringtone volume to silent.

A status message will be sent back via SMS if the action successful.
The user has the option to limit this function to phone numbers inside contact list.
