Prevent screen burn-in and save battery with this flow

I use adaptive brightness all the time. After a week of training it works very well, but many phones override your desired brightness when under direct sunlight.

My S23 Ultra, at ~3500 lux sets the display to an insane brightness that is not only higher than necessary but also battery draining. Mine consumes 1 A which drains at a rate of 20% per hour.

This flow will cap the brightness in order to protect the display and reduce the power usage by up to 70% while still being visible enough.

This flow is lightweight and does not consume noticeable amounts of power.

V4:
- Reduced the interval down to 10s for better responsiveness
- Added a secondary 100% brightness setting for direct sunlight situations

V5:
- Optimizations to reduce redundant brightness changes
- Removed the middle brightness setting as it wasn't useful
- Reduced interval to 5s
- Refined brightness threshold
