Tracks and charts daily counts and activity durations. For example, you can track how many drinks you have every day, or how much time you spend studying or practicing. Their averages and totals per week/two weeks/month are calculated, as well as the 7-day moving average. You can also show the calculations on a per-entry basis. For example, you can show that you have five drinks per week, or that on the days you have a drink, you have an average of two.
There are two types of trackers which can be manged - ones which count items or events, and those which track time durations. Starting the flow presents you with a menu which allows you to Add, Change, enter Data, Delete, get Info about, and Chart trackers, as well as to Add Desktop Shortcuts to them. A tracker can have an optional goal to be displayed when its data is charted. You can also Start a Duration Timer to track the amount of elapsed time for a Duration tracker. In that case, a notification is shown which displays the elapsed time so far, and the timer will stop when you swipe away the notification.
When charting the data, you can switch between the different kinds of charts using the buttons at the top of the graph, and tapping repeatedly on the Line and Bar chart buttons will alternate them between horizontal and vertical orientations. Long-pressing the chart buttons causes the data to be reversed. Charting intervals of one week, two weeks, and one month can be chosen by tapping on the calendar/number button below the chart. Long-pressing that button rotates the intervals in reverse, and long-pressing the Forward and Back buttons slides the data window by one day or half the window size. The Vertical/Horizontal button switches between showing the data with and without intervening days having no data being displayed. This allows you to see how often/long something occurs per day, or per time period.
The individual datasets can be shown or hidden by tapping on their colored buttons in the legend. Tapping on a datapoint will show the count or duration, the seven-day or seven-point moving average there, and your goal (if set). Weekend days are highlighted. Your display preferences are saved if you press OK to close the chart, and can be cleared by tapping the gear button. The chart's theme can be switched between Light/Dark/Device themes by tapping the sun/moon button.
