Disable Cube ACR Helper when an app is active

Some authentication and bank apps will not run if Cube ACR is allowed to use accessibility features. This flow disables and enables Cube ACR when the given app is opened.

Note that Cube ACR recording does not seem to be able to recover of its accessibility settings are disabled during a call. Therefore, this flow does not enable Cube ACR when in the call app, but just disables it when not in a bank/auth app.
