Adaptive Brightnes on my S21 is a battery sucker when active in sunlight. So this flow disables it when ambient light is too strong and sets manual brightness to 40%. Reverts it when ambient light goes low again.
Did some fancy status icons for monitoring the process, when notifications are on
Works only when Display is on and waits for ambient light change, so it doesn't run always
