Monitors your device for app installs, uninstalls, and updates, then displays a notification with the information. Tapping on the notification displays the full list of updated apps along with a summary. If the Google Play or Galaxy Stores are installed, you can open them to their "Manage apps" page, where you can check for additional updates or view the recently updated apps.
