Allows you to block normally unblockable system notifications by title.
Waits for a notification with given titles and immediately cancels them. Also checks if notifications are already present on startup.

Add array, for loop, and fork logic to handle an arbitrary number of notification titles. The usefulness of this feature is extremely suspect, given that this flow is only for unblockable system notifications. The fact that i implemented it anyways probably says a lot about me.
