It provides a wide range of device controls through precise keyword detection and logical processing.

Command Logic and Triggers
This automation utilizes specific trigger logic to ensure accurate execution of commands:


📲App Launching (ANY Launchable App!)

Automate Assistant, utilizing an advanced application scan, can launch any launchable application on your device. Say "open" followed by the name of an application. The assistant will independently locate and open the specified app.


🎵Music Control

Use the commands "pause", "resume", "previous", and "next" to manage media playback.


😜Speech Mirroring

Say "repeat after me" and the assistant will repeat the subsequent words.


📱System Navigation

Open notifications: "notifications"
Open recent apps: "recent apps"
Open quick settings: "quick settings"
Open home app: "go home"


⏳Timer Management

If a message contains the word "timer", the assistant initiates timer logic.
* If a duration is specified, it sets the timer immediately.
* If no duration is found, it will prompt you for one.
* Say "cancel" or "back" (or other stuff) at any time to terminate the process.


🤖AI-Powered Assistant

If a request does not fall into any other category, a Google AI search will automatically pop up on the screen to address the request.


🔲QR Code Scan

If your request contains the phrase "scan this QR code", you will be able to scan any QR code to a URL.


📱Take Screenshot

Say "Take a screenshot" to screenshot.


❌Cancel Request

Use the same phrases as you would to cancel the creation of timers.

Expect additional features and capabilities in future updates.

I have created this automation as a replacement for Google Assistant; as I need Automate as my assistant app, I needed an assistant that could help with my questions and device controls. Now, even with few features, I have found everything I need in this automation so far, but I am almost certain I will find more things to add.
