Locates phone by SMS request.
- First checks if requesting phone is whitelisted,
- then checks for a keyword (for GPS or Network localization),
- then tries to get location,
- finally returns SMS with Google Maps link with location.
Fill in phone numbers to whitelist block ("sender" variable).
