Meet the assistant:



I'm Automate Assistant, an assistant designed to help you navigate your device, answer questions, and more!


Here's what I can do for you:

📲App Launching (ANY Launchable App!)

I, Automate Assistant, utilizing an advanced application scan, can launch any launchable application on your device. Say "open" followed by the name of an application. I will independently locate and open the specified app.


🎵Music Control

Use the commands "pause", "resume", "previous", and "next" to manage media playback.


😜Speech Mirroring

Say "repeat after me" and I'll repeat your subsequent words.


📱System Navigation

You can tell me the following things to get around your device:
"notifications"
"recent apps"
"quick settings"
"go home"


⏳Timer Management

If your message contains the word "timer", the I'll initiate my timer logic.
* If you specify a duration, I will set the timer immediately.
* If you don't, I'll prompt you for one.
* Say "cancel", "back", etc. at any time to terminate this process.


🤖My Google AI Helper

If a request does not fall into any other category, a Google AI search will automatically pop up on the screen to address your request.
Tips:
* Switch apps to hide without closing.
* Sign in to your Google account to save chats.
* Go to the Settings page and change the theme to device theme.


🔲QR Code Scan

If your request contains the phrase "scan this QR code", you will be able to scan any QR code to a URL.


📱Take Screenshot

Say "take a screenshot" to screenshot.


❔Help

Say, "help", "what can you do", "who are you", or "what are you" to get me to tell you who I am and what I can do.


❌Cancel Request

Use the same phrases as you would to cancel the creation of timers.

I have created this automation as a replacement for Google Assistant; as I need Automate as my assistant app, I needed an assistant that could help with my questions and device controls. I have found everything I need in this automation so far, but I am almost certain I will find more things to add.
