'Floating button'(s) for selecting the direction.
'Disable' or 'Change speed' via notification buttons.
I deliberately made it so the scrolling will automatically untoggle when the foreground app changes to try prevent possible frustrations.
The floating button color shall always highlight if the scrolling function is still active or not.
Notes:
- too low speed values may not work properly; test on your own what's good for you
- uses the 'Interact touch' block for the scrolling, may be stuttery on some (usually older) devices
- scrolling should (but is not guaranteed to) stop/untoggle if the device is manually interacted with via touch (seems to be general 'Interact touch' block Android related quirkiness if it works or not; depends on the device or Android version from my own testing)
- I tried to fit as much functionality I could think of inside the 30 blocks non-premium limit
- I myself like to start this flow with the Accessibility button: https://llamalab.com/automate/community/flows/52611 (you will need premium for that particular one though)
