When you want to share a file, most of the time you won't find the contacts or even the apps you frequently use on the top of the sharing window.

This flow allows you to always find what you need in the automate app share icon. Run it once and you're good to go.

There are 4 flows. All can share a single file or multiple files at a time.

1. Sharing with Whatsapp app in general

2 & 3: Sharing with a specific contact in Whatsapp BUSINESS.

4. Sharing with a specific Gmail contact

SETUP
You need to enter the contacts in the "variable set" blocks that are directly after the flow beginning.

For flows 2 & 3: share in Whatsapp BUSINESS, being a contact or a group (no need to have a phone number).
To fill in the 2 variables, use the app start block that is on the top (not connected): click on "Pick shortcut" at the top, choose Whatsapp BUSINESS, then choose the contact/group. Go to the Extras field and copy the "jid" to the jid variable, and the "displayname" to the destination variable, AS SHOWN in the example variables.

For flow 4, write the full email address in the destination variable value.

You can add as many Whatsapp Business contacts/groups and emails as you want (just add flow beginning and variable set blocks), and connect them to the Whatsapp or Gmail flows.

You can easily also change to WHATSAPP instead of Whatsapp Business.

Adjusted sharing text.
Adjusted sharing files from other sources.

Version 2......
Removed completely the interaction blocks so that the flow is now more stable, straight forward and should be working despite the used phone.
To note again that Whatsapp BUSINESS is used in this flow.
