Switches the network mode to 2G when screen is off or connected to Wi-Fi. Switches back to 3G when screen is on and not connected to Wi-Fi.
For 3G/4G funtionality change the 2G blocks to 2G/3G and the 2G/3G blocks to 2G/3G/4G.
