Enables Wi-Fi and disables mobile data whenever you are at some known place where there's Wi-Fi available. Every time you connect to a new Wi-Fi it saves that location. Needs premium.

V4: improved speed of the location checks.
V8: root needed for additional control of the mobile data only. Several improvements.
