Greenify closes chosen background apps configurable within the app after a specified time (set to 5 minutes by default, feel free to change the value on on the first flow to any time you like.) the Greenify app will pop up whilst you are using your phone and show which background apps are being closed but don't worry as this is a very brief process and will only pop up when you have a new app running in the background (some would argue this is annoying, although I personally like to see which apps are being diminished so I know what's going on under the hood) This flow also doesn't add Greenify to recent apps.
Only recently got into tinkering with these flows, I like to do my best to try to optimise my phone and preserve my battery as best I can. Let me know what you think, even if you find it terrible and I'll do my best to improve it.
