A simple flow that monitors the time zone and displays a dialog notifying you when a change is attempted and asks if you would like to apply the new time zone, preserving your original time zone in the meantime. Make sure you install the "set time zone" permissions otherwise the flow will not be able to set the time zone and will produce an error.
