I'm trying to make a program that sends a connection request to all available WiFi networks & then awaits a connection, if a connection is made then the program should maintain the (preferably strongest) connection.

I need this program because I travel in Europe and can only acces Internet through WiFi and I can't always wait several minutes for it to iterate and check each connection sequentially, but I can't make it work properly.
