Default (2G/3G):
Disables 3G when connected to WiFi. Enables 3G when not connected to WiFi.
For 3G/4G:
Modify and specify network mode in plugin blocks for 3G/4G functionality.

> If on a CyanogenMod based ROM download and flash Update-Toggle2G.zip from the link above.
> Otherwise you will need to resign the ROM with the java utility from the link above.
(Use this flow as a guide. The Plug-in action blocks may need to be replaced if you use a newer version of Toggle2G than the one I did. Just set the connections the same way.)
