📋📱App Foreground Task [HS]

Add Apps to recognize if they are in foreground or moved to background and perform tasks based on those events. Tasks are related to app types, so you have to create a type before you can perform a task on a app.
A task is only a start or stop of a Flow, fired when open or close a app.

(This flow is based on my location task flow)

You need to handle payload for customized configuration. With (*C&R) you are able to create a json payload using a GUI.
