When screen is on continuously for a certain amount of time (default 45 minutes, 2700 seconds) it warns you. If you don't react to dialog in 30 seconds it turns off screen. Dialog gives two options: turn screen off immediately or postpone it for 5 minutes. You can change the time values suitable for yourself. Block number can be reduced by eliminating variable set blocks and using constant values for wait times and dialog title.
