Update:
When wifi off, network will be switched to system preferred network mode. Tested on Mi A1.

Automatically switch to mobile data when WiFi off and switch preferred network mode to 4G/3G. When WiFi connected to access point, mobile data off, and switch preferred network mode to 2G to save battery.
Tested on Mi4i with dual sim on.
