Automatically sleep CPU&WIFI when screen off after 5 min, then wake them again when screen is on.
* This flow requires a ROOTED PHONE
* Will skip the waking of WIFI when it is not connected.
* Will skip the sleeping of WIFI when there is a data usage( E.g: background downloading )
