Project Fi: Phone Off/On = Mobile Data On/Off

This is a simple that flow will automatically turn on mobile data when you're on the phone regardless of whether or not your connected to a Wi-Fi network. Once you hang up, it will turn off mobile data if your connected to a Wi-Fi network or leave mobile data on if you're not connected to a Wi-Fi network.

This is a second flow designed to be used in conjunction with my "Project Fi: Wifi On/Off = Cell Data & BT Off/On" flow to ensure that calls are never dropped while keeping data services to a minimum and thereby preserving battery life.

If you want to keep the "Play a sound" notification block, you'll have to replace it with your own notification tone.
