I use my nexus 7 lte as a phone exploiting VoIP (voip.ms works for me). CSipSimple is the app that acts as my phone. Once in a while it stops working after a network switch. This checks for a csipsimple notification 1m after a network switch and kills and restarts the app if its not working. Needs root.
