This script enables WiFi when you are near areas that you have WiFi access. It disables WiFi when you leave an area provided you are not connected to an AP. It is currently setup with (random) 4 areas and can easily be modified for more (or less). To use, first edit the flow setting the map points - do not reduce the radius to less than 136m. Then start the flow by selecting Zones. The flow will post toasts prompting you to select the ~Enter & ~Exit flows. Then it turns on WiFi and waits for you to enter or leave an area. I find letting google play do the Geo fencing works well enough. Make sure your WiFi settings let google do WiFi scans when wifi is off.
