On connection of my TomTom Navi, it checks, if there is a wifi-connection estblished. Else it checks, if a mobile-data-connection is established. If not, it activates mobile data.
So at least one connection is established.
Then it activates the BT-Thethering.
If connection with TomTom is disrupted, it checks BT-Thethering is disabled.
On first Use define the name and Adress of your TomTom Navi.
This is my first one. So be gentle...
For me and on Samsung NoteEdge 6.0 it works fine without root.
