When connected to WiFi, sync is enabled. But on data, sync is enabled for 5 minutes and disabled for 5 minutes.
This flow conserves your phone battery WITHOUT missing notifications from data dependent apps like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
You can easily change the time sync is enabled whilst on data and how long it's turned off in block 13 and 15.
