For phones that don't allow rotation on the homescreen (ie. many LG Phones with Android 5.0 +). Works well with the phone's default rotation setting, allowing the user to toggle between the two easily, and tries to be as subtle as possible. Also enforces screen rotation on all apps. Enjoy! :)
