FR01. User select if always, sometimes or never connect.
FR02. User selects what connections will be active: Bluetooth, Wifi, mobile data, airplane mode.
FR03. User select how many minutes will be connected and how many minutes will be disconnected.
NFR01. Flow must catch exceptions for non rooted devices.
