FR01. If batery full and still charging then wait for 10 minutes and rings alarme until unplug the charger.
FR02. If low battery and not charging then goto low power mode and ring alarm only once to remember to plug the charger.
FR03. If low battery and charger is plugged then go back to normal power mode.
NFR01. Flow must catch exceptions for non rooted devices.
