Toggle off root automatically when Pokémon GO is in the foreground, using the Root Switch scripts.
For a different app edit the Foreground App trigger, e.g. for Android Pay's SafetyNet check the trigger should be: com.google.android.gms
Requires SuperSU v2.82 (or above) installed with the custom_ramdisk_patch.sh and .supersu files from the Root Switch thread, and Root Switch v1.3.3.10 (or above).
