Notifies user when phone gets connected or disconnected from a specified WiFi connection.
This modified version double checks before announcing disconnections as sometimes my Note 3 fails a single WiFi status check. (I'm using it to let me know if I've left my portable hotspot behind.)
Modify the network name and alert texts as needed.
