This flow tells the time at every exact hour. When activated, a tone will sound followed by spoken time (e.g. "It's 9 o'clock in the morning.").

This flow can be modified to be activated only at specific time range (e.g. from 5 am to 12 midnight) by modifying formula block 19. Range is in 24 hour format.
