⚠️NEEDS ROOT TO TOGGLE DATA⚠️
ℹ️works best when used in conjunction with my other other flow (intermittent syncer)
▪️turns wifi/data on when screen turns on, off when screen is off (unless network is in use)
▪️if wifi connection is available, mobile data turns off
▪️if wifi does not connect, it will turn off wifi and use mobile data connection instead
▪️respects airplane mode and keeps wifi hotspot on (when screen turns off) if it's in use
