This flow will output a voice message using Google's text-to-speech when the charger is connected or disconnected. Also when the battery is at 100% and the power cable is removed it will say "Fully Charged".

All the messages can be easily changed to say whatever you want. If your phone is in silent, it won't make a noise.

This flow was thoroughly tested and is actively being used. It's extremely battery friendly and I think people can have some fun with it when they understand how it works.
