The flow was made to make sure you do not get distracted by your mobile phone if you have to do something important e.g. homework. It will set the ringer mode to silent and will turn the screen off whenever you turn it on. This Flow is a powerful Tool. Do NOT lock yourself out of the device completely. If you do lock yourself out for too long ask a friend of yours to send you a text message saying 'letmein'.
