Get notified when battery percentage crosses certain limit during charging.
*Force notify feature available* :
When the target battery percentage is achieved, this feature keeps notify you until you unplug the power source. On cancellation of notification, it notifies again and again without any delay.
*Limitation* :
On unplugging power source before achieving the required battery percentage and then plugging-in again will assume the previously provided battery percentage as its target and won't ask user to input target percentage.
